3D Printed Object: Hybrid Design + FDM Print

In my group there were me, Adam, and Erica.

Last week in class we each created a self-supporting hollow formed vessels using Rhino6.
When we are combining our hollow objects it was bit challenging to blend all three objects together.
At first we try to put my object in side of Adam's object bit there was 90°angle which was not self-supporting so we ended up just cutting my object and Adam's object in half and combined it as top and bottom.
After we combined my object and Adam's object we add Erica's rings around and when we simulated the printing ring wasn't really attaching to the center part and there was still angles that might not print well so we had to make the rings smaller and make the angles smoother using Meshmixer.
The final object looks more combined and blends well then our first object.

3Dprinting our object went pretty well and the results look really good.
